Lay Salvatorians -
laity with vocation

Each person get a special call of God, but not each one has the
sensibility to recognize it. And if someone is recognising the call,
there are only a few ready to follow it.

At the beginning, it's just an idea, a vision or a feeling -
there is something, that pervades me, - something I am
longing for. To explain or describe it exactly is perhaps
not possible.

But it makes a change. You feel an engagement -
it moves you to justify your life newly.
I have to give more space to God - I have to be here
for him and for other people.

Vocation is a way of life, an exciting adventure - a not daily but exceptionally
challenge of a deepening relationship with God.

It needs a vocation to become and to be a Lay Salvatorian, because it does not mean a ministry or hold an office in a parish or in an institute of the church. The vocation is a gift - if it's missing, it becomes very hard to follow the choosen path consequently.

As Lay Salvatorians we live the salvatorian charism and spirituality consciously as laypersons in daily challenges - as family, as couple or singles.
